We are hosting a day full of sport, including Triathlon and Duathlon.
EVERYONE is invited to come along and have a go!
A family friendly day, giving you the opportunity to take part in a variety of sporting events. All in a non-competitive, relaxed environment. TRY it out with the full support of trained athletes and the local community cheering you on.

Triathlon: Swim 200m > Bike 10km > Run 3km
Duathlon: Run: 3km > Bike 10km > Run 1km
Junior Distances (Age 6-14)
Triathlon: Swim 50m > Bike 5km > Run 1km
Duathlon: Run 1km > Bike 5km > Run 1km
